The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) measures the ability of non-native English speakers to use North American English in academic settings. A TOEFL score is an admission requirement for more than 6000 colleges & universities. The Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) evaluates real-life international work setting English and is used by companies to determine employee suitability for particular tasks.
