Local support

With a worldwide network of 400 offices and schools, in over 50 countries, EF has dedicated project management, local service and support teams in place all over the world.

Unlike most of the players in the language industry, EF is a truly global company. All of our language solutions are delivered using local, in-house resources. In order to maintain the same industry-leading standards and quality of delivery, we don't subcontract training to third party suppliers, licensees or franchisees.

In addition, to ensure a joined-up approach and to manage programs effectively, our corporate customers receive dedicated account management services at group and local level.

Having local project teams in place means that changes at the local level can be made quickly. We hold regular (monthly, quarterly and annual) meetings with key client stakeholders to monitor the progress of language training at group level and to identify and create action plans to ensure continuous improvement.
