Every EF course includes comfortable accommodation and a weekly meal plan. Most EF school locations offer a choice of at least two housing options. Regardless of which lifestyle suits you best, you'll be living around native speakers and immersing yourself in local customs and culture-and putting your language skills to use!
EF Homestay
Nearly all our school locations offer the option of a welcoming home environment. An EF host family is a useful way to immerse yourself in the daily life of your host culture. Experience a hearty Irish supper in Dublin, la vie française in Nice, the Gemütlichkeit of family life in Munich, or the paella around the family table in Malaga.
Over the years, each EF school location has built up a network of local families who welcome visiting students into their homes when interviewing prospective new hosts. Living in a private home provides a little extra assurance for less experienced travelers and provides a safe and supportive base from which to explore your new host city.
EF Student Apartments
Apartment living offers many of the comforts of home -- such as a kitchen for cooking meals, a living area and a private bathroom. It's ideal for the independent student who seeks a little more privacy. Ask your local EF office for more information about where this option is available.
EF Shanghai Apartments
Student apartments with single rooms. Facilities are either shared or en suite depending on layout of the individual apartment. Meals are self-catering. A bus stop directly in front of the building gives you direct access to the EF school and city center. Single room for e40/week.
