On your first day at your EF school, you will take the Efekta™ Fluency Test, to accurately identify your study level as well as your
strengths & weaknesses. Using this information, a personal study plan is designed for you.
2. REGULAR STATUS CHECKS
Your EF Academic Advisor will check in with you periodically to make sure your goals coincide with your progress. They’ll give you
feedback from a variety of sources, giving you a clearer picture of your development.
3. SPECIAL INTEREST COURSES (SPINS)
Adding a whole new dimension to your course, SPINs allow you to make your course your own. Study topics that genuinely appeal to you while working your way to fluency!
4. QUALITY EF LEARNING MATERIALS
By using our very own EF textbooks and dynamic curriculum you benefit from our over 40 years of experience and expertise. Your EF
teacher has unlimited resources to draw from in order to meet your personal needs.
5. ILAB TUTORIALS
Your teacher will assign tutorials for you to complete in the iLab. Work on pronunciation, accent reduction, grammar or listening
comprehension. Reinforce your face-to-face lessons – key to lasting success.
6. ON-GOING PROGRESS TRACKING
The key to a successful course is flexibility. That’s why we constantly monitor your progress with iTracker. By always knowing where you stand, your teacher can help you to optimize your studies as needed.
7. EXAM RESULTS & LEARNING SUCCESS
Your final EF test scores, your EF Course Certificate, along with any official language exams you take are excellent proof of all the
progress you’ve made. They also are an attractive supplement to your CV.

We know that your time abroad is limited that is why our Activities Director is also always available to help you plan and book trips. The choice is yours – join a scheduled EF trip or venture out on your own!
